I'm really sorry to know that you have not yet received any update regarding delivery for your order # 402-2002331-4652351.
I understand that you want to know when you will receive your order as it has been a long time since you placed the order. Please allow me to assist you on this.
I've checked with my available resources and came to know that your order seems to be stuck at our fulfillment center due to heavy volume orders.
In order to rectify this issue, my colleague "Shweta" had already escalated this issue to our transport team and requested them to dispatch your order as early as possible.
We have received an update from our transport team that it will take some more time to dispatch & deliver your product. Hence, I'd request you to wait a little longer to get the product.
However, if you do not wish to wait, please cancel your order and place a new order for the same using one day or two days guaranteed delivery options (if available).
Please be assured that we will try our level best to deliver your new order with in a short span of time as such occurrences are very rare.
Meanwhile to compensate this, I've issued a gift card of Rs.100 as a good will gesture and the same will be credited in your amazonaccount with in 24-48 hours or perhaps earlier. I'll notify you as well once the amount gets credited.
I know this gift card can't make up the inconvenience caused to you but I'd request you to accept this as a token of apology as the fault was from our end.
